ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

In order to provide a qualitative service for our customers, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER. In this role you will be a key point of contact for our dealers and agents from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, among other regions. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and improving customer relationships to ensure a positive experience. Your goal is not only to solve problems, but also to anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions. This role is ideal for a helpful and commercial linguist, always ready and happy to assist our German-speaking customers.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who:

  • Is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. Our clients are B2B and consist of an international network of dealers for the residential and project market.
  • Functions as the primary point of contact for customer questions, quotations and issues.
  • Keeps record of these customer interactions (through Salesforce).
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales growth with existing customers.
  • Understands the unique needs of customers and guide them to the best Extremis solution.
  • Ensures smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Monitors customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our service in collaboration with internal teams and external agents.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • As a social butterfly, you prefer to be in contact with customers and colleagues as much as possible. Because of your long-term thinking, you build fruitful partnerships with our dealers. Working closely with our internal teams such as sales, marketing and logistics also gives you energy.
  • You have a linguistic aptitude. Your strong communication skills allow you to easily communicate with our customers via email, phone and visits in German, Dutch and English. French or a notion of Italian is a bonus.
  • Through your empathy and attention to detail, you quickly understand customer needs. You are able to organize solutions that create a win-win for Extremis and the customer.
  • You are a result oriented go-getter. With your commercial flair, you effortlessly promote our products and get excited about achieving sales growth with our customers.
  • You have experience in customer-oriented roles and you can’t stop talking about your love for design almost until the brink of annoying your family. Products with a distinct identity give you extra drive.
