Internal Sales Associate (US)

As we continue to expand our presence in the US market, we are seeking an experienced and strategic sales associate in our Rockford, Michigan offices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support inbound customer requests including but not limited to phone and email interactions, with added value of compelling solution solving and relationship building with each interaction 
  • Follow up on leads 
  • Generate quotes, process orders 
  • Assist in CRM management 
  • Support sales strategy initiatives, when needed 
  • Support the needs of the sales team (internally or externally) when necessary 
  • Serve as an ambassador of the brand in all interactions (email, socials media, phone and in person visits and industry events) 
  • Support marketing initiatives, when necessary 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work well in a close working environment 
  • Understand the value of teamwork 
  • Ability to identify optimization needs 
  • Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot with creativity and service-oriented mindset. 
  • Ability to analyze needs and anticipate others to serve beyond expectations for your team, our customers and our selling network. 
  • Displays strong business acumen and professional demeanor 
  • Organized with time management skills and discipline 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to adapt in different business scenarios and selling experiences 
  • Ability to make sound and appropriate business decisions  
  • Skilled and experienced in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PPTX) 
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (varies) 
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support and or inside sales activities

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a service-oriented position within the furniture manufacturing sector 
  • Seeking a fulfilling career in the Commercial Interiors Industry
