Smart living
Tools for togetherness

Pas Interior architects designed this private residence as a model home. The interior and exterior click together like LEGO. It all comes down to functionality: what appears simple, conceals a complex combination of practical elements with smart home automation. Everything is at ground level, for lifelong living. With an E-level of just 8, this home is virtually energy-neutral. The showpiece? Without doubt the rear facade, made entirely of glass and surrounded by sandwich panels. Garden and terrace, featuring a Hopper picnic, seem at one with the metal skeleton house.
