Our furniture is built to live a long life. And sometimes, that means replacing a part instead of replacing the whole product. Small repairs and refurbishments help extend the life of your furniture and keep materials in use for longer.
For residential use, we recommend contacting the dealer where you purchased your product. They can help you order the right spare part or arrange the repair. The videos below show how individual wooden parts can be replaced, and how repairable our designs are by nature.
Before you start
First check whether the damage can be repaired by sanding the wood. If the part is broken, heavily warped, or beyond repair, it can usually be replaced.

Important notes
Never remove more parts than necessary. Always pre-drill wooden parts before screwing. Don’t overtighten screws. They should sit firmly, not bite aggressively into the frame. A new wooden part may differ in color from the older parts. Outdoors, this difference will fade over time.
