In hospitality

At Acrisure Amphitheater in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the evening starts long before the first song. On the open terrace above the bowl, Extremis Panigiri outdoor dining tables give groups a place to eat, drink and settle in together, with the stage on one side and the city skyline on the other.
The show starts at eight. The table opens at five.
Built for a full house
Grand Rapids waited a long time for a venue like this. The 12,000 capacity amphitheater opened on the bank of the Grand River in May 2026, designed by Progressive Companies as the centerpiece of a much larger riverfront redevelopment, and furnished in collaboration with Custer. West Michigan winters are long. When the weather finally turns, nobody here wants to be indoors, so an outdoor venue on this scale is less of a luxury than a local instinct.

Room for the whole group
Panigiri seats eight at its smallest setting, and every extra table top adds four more. At an amphitheater that matters. Groups arrive in fours, sixes, eights and tens, and a row of Panigiri tables takes them all without anyone having to split up. Benches and chairs belong to the same table, so there is always a seat, whichever one you prefer.

Wood worth looking at up close
The table tops are wood, and they are meant to be seen up close. At an outdoor venue running around 300,000 visitors a season, furniture takes a beating. Everything here stays outside all year round and is built to still look good in year five. No covers, no winter storage, no fuss.

The view is the point
The terrace sits high enough to look over the bowl to the river and the skyline behind it. Tables face outward instead of inward, so dinner before the show is part of the show. And when the lights go down, nobody has to move.
