This brutalist-inspired residence is a home that matures with time. Outside, the concrete is rough, yet the volume remains elegant due to the slight slope of the roof. Vertical wooden cladding (ash thermowood) alternates with the concrete walls, contributing to a warmer character and giving the volume scale. The Hopper picnic blends in perfectly on the central courtyard.
