Sol+Luna wins gold at German Design Awards
We did it! We are very proud and happy to announce that our Sol+Luna sofa/sunbed wins GOLD at the German Design Awards 2018! Dirk Wynants, founder and lead designer at Extremis, accepted the award during the award ceremony at Ambiente in Frankfurt.
We won gold
The German Design Award is the international premium prize issued by the German Design Council. Its goal: to discover, present and honor unique design trends. Every year, awards are given for top-quality product and communications design submissions, all in their own way ground-breaking in the international design landscape. The German Design Award is one of the best-known design competitions in the world and is held in high regard well beyond professional circles. An international expert panel is exclusively engaged with all nominations. Intensive tests, checks and discussions take place before the announcement is made. And the Winner is… EXTREMIS SOL+LUNA!
