This hotspot in the city center of Bruges is the pop-up bakery of Madam Bakster. Laura - the founder - wants to demonstrate that desserts can fit into a healthy lifestyle by replacing the empty calories (flour, butter, sugar) in classic pastries with natural and pure ingredients. She’s addicted to oatmeal, nuts, avocados, coconut oil, dates, ... So all her desserts are free from refined sugars, animal products and preservatives.
Madam Bakster stands for making healthy and conscious choices, feeling good about yourself and, above all, being together. After all, you never eat dessert alone! Have a seat at the Virus picnic tables and enjoy a slice of pie and a glass of home-made lemonade with your friends. All deliciously guilt-free!
