• You have an eye for detail and understand that cleanliness and atmosphere go hand in hand.
• You work independently, take initiative, and bring structure to your day based on what’s needed at the moment—whether it’s a regular workday or preparing for an event.
• You take ownership of the spaces you care for and take pride in creating a tidy environment, from spotless floors to a welcoming coffee corner.
• You communicate easily with colleagues when something’s missing or plans change. You’re positive, dependable, and contribute to a warm atmosphere where people feel truly welcome.

YOUR ROLE

As Chief Sparkle Officer, you are the guardian of the brand’s appearance. At Extremis, the showroom doesn’t stop at the front door — our offices are just as much a part of the full experience for clients, partners, and colleagues alike. You bring every space to life: clean, fresh, and inviting.

• You keep offices, meeting rooms, dressing rooms, the cafeteria, coffee corner, and restrooms clean and hygienic.
• You recycle and dispose of waste correctly.
• You coordinate and manage external partners (e.g., window cleaners).
• You keep the showroom — inside and out — sparkling, from spotless furniture to healthy plants, and ensure the right ambiance (music, opening parasols, etc.).
• You manage supplies: coffee, snacks, drinks, and cleaning materials, and top them up before anyone has to as.

You work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility — your structured approach and attention to detail keep everything running smoothly.
