Sensu takes its name from the Japanese hand fan, a tool that has existed for centuries. The same principle, scaled up: a cantilever shade with one, two, or four canopies that opens and closes horizontally, tilts and rotates to follow the sun, and never intrudes on the space around it. Freestanding, floating, and minimal.
