Where can I find user manuals and technical info?
On every product page under ‘Downloads’, you’ll find manuals and technical drawings. For professionnals, there is also a dedicated Product downloads page.

How do I maintain my Extremis furniture?
Our furniture is built to last, but a little extra love keeps it looking great for years. Check out our product care page for maintenance tips. You can find maintenance products in our webshop or through your dealer.

How do I care for wooden furniture?
Use Extremis Wood Protector twice a year to protect the wood and keep it looking great for longer. Keep in mind that wood is a natural material that reacts to temperature and humidity. Small cracks (up to 2 mm), also called wind cracks, are completely normal and will often close up on their own. Larger cracks—big enough for a €2 or $1 coin to fit—are a different story. In that case, contact your dealer.

What’s the warranty on my product?
Each material has its own unique properties, and the warranty covers issues specific to each one. Steel should not rust, coatings should not peel, and wood should not rot. We have outlined the warranty coverage for all materials in our Warranty Chart for your convenience.

Can I replace parts like caps, feet, or parasol covers?
Yes! Many parts are easy to replace. You’ll find them in our webshop or at your dealer.

Can I replace a damaged wooden slat myself?
Yes! Our furniture is designed for easy maintenance. Check out the refurbishment page for tutorial videos. Prefer a professional to do it for you? Contact your dealer.

How do I submit a repair request or complaint?
Contact your dealer first. If that’s not possible, fill out our service request form below.
